Ways to Support Your Pastor’s Well-Being…if your pastor hasn’t quit yet
With gratitude to several colleagues as my sources, I share this brief list —
Encourage your pastor to be physically active and to participate in recreational activities appropriate to her/his abilities
Encourage your pastor to care for her/his physical health by resting when overworked and not working when ill
Ensure healthy food choices are available at potlucks and other church events
Allow your pastor to take time off for medical appointments
