Online friend (although I’m pretty sure our paths crossed at some point) David Bone writes —
Many of you have followed our East End UMC Rebuild effort after the tornado destroyed our building in 2020.
The amount of FEMA funding that we have been working on for over a year is not going to materialize, and we have to make some new plans.
The building is not our growing, vibrant, inclusive, and Spirit-filled church.
But it will be nice to have a permanent home when that time comes.
Until then, we are still being disciples of Jesus in all the ways we can.
