Ready to Quit? As in, Quit Everything?
He was all like “God! I’m done! So very done, God! Can’t take any more!”
He was ready to die.
Even asked God to kill him.
The divine response was a to advise a nap.
And food.
And another nap.
And then more food.
And he was renewed and chose to live.
Maybe that’s the exact same prescription we need.
Sure worked for Elijah in 1st Kings 19….
