BONUS BLOG: Meanwhile, on Ash Wednesday
As I shared with my Covenant Group a while ago:
Anybody else find Ash Wednesday to be even more draining than a funeral?
Topped only by Good Friday.
Or worst of all, Holy Saturday, when the only message of the day is that He was dead and buried..silence from people in Scripture as we and they mourn.
It’s probably no secret that I’m an Easter Guy, and I’m very much aware that it’s meaningless without the full package…but wow….
Anybody else?
