What Do YOU Know About That?
Wally Latham, real life friend and colleague, recently wrote this, and it’s my joy to share it with you here —
A few years after starting the Seminario Wesleyano de Venezuela I was attending our Methodist Annual Conference in Athens, GA.
I think it was the year our Bishop received a mission offering for the Seminary.
One of my “colleagues” in ministry came up to me in the hallway and said in a severe tone of derision, “Lathem, what do you know about running a seminary in Venezuela?”
My response: “Not a durn thing, but I’m doing it anyway. What are you doing?”
