In an item released yesterday about the church Adam Hamilton and others pastor, there was this —

The United Methodist Church is a conservative denomination

that lists homosexuality as “incompatible with Christian teaching.”*

Not sure when the last time the denomination of which I’m a part was called “conservative,” are you?
