What’d You Do for Mother’s Day?

Friend and colleague Cynthia Thomas Hinson gave me her permission to share this Mother’s Day moment from yesterday with you, There is not one thing I can add to it, nor would I dare to  —

Love? When a 32 year old son with autism who get $5 a week allowance at his group home asks his group home leader to take him to the store to buy a Mother’s Day card… I love you, Tommy!

  1. Daughter in Kentucky sent pictures of the kids yesterday. Saturday night Catherine brought me beautiful flowers and the most beautiful card I have ever seen. I didn’t cook. (No one else did either.) I love all three!!!
