Somebody’s Waiting
“I was glad when they said to me,
‘Let’s go to God’s house!'”

It’s a direct appeal.
In my dissertation research I found 5 reasons why people are active in a local congregation. The second most important reason was that someone had extended a personal invitation.
Before the first verse of Psalm 122, “they said to me, ‘Let’s go….” And then “I was glad.”
Somebody’s waiting for you to invite them today.

That is how I ended up at Centenary at least 23 yrs. ago, by an invitation. Kids loved the youth program so that was it for me.
I’d like to know the other four reasons also. 🙂
