Your Pastor’s Work Load
“What would you like to have your pastor do more of?” was the idea conveyed in a question on a pastoral evaluation form a few years ago.
“In order to do that, what would you like to have your pastor do less of?” was the next question.
I found that to be a helpful, healthy series.
Let’s come back to that.
Meanwhile, how would you answer those two questions?

Thank you for this!Gods timing!There’s a Church meeting tomorrow night. The Church is growing- 3 services despite losing the planter-Pastor about 6 months ago (infidelity? They didn’t elaborate)Anyway- the Associate Pastor, a newbie, stepped in. He was leading the Youth- very strong here. I think he’s still leading them, plus leading 3 services.
