As I read the following from Curtis Brown earlier today (with my bolded emphasis) Bob Dylan’s song is looping somewhere in my head and heart —
The UMC Commission on General Conference has announced its 2028 delegate counts.
North Central Jurisdiction will go from 88 to 58. Specific allocation for IGRC will be announced by December 15.
For the first time, the majority of delegates will be from outside of the United States.
