When was the most recent time that work didn’t feel like work?
What trade-offs are you making to stay in this role?
If this job disappeared tomorrow, what would you choose to do next?
— These four questions leave me wondering how these might also apply to volunteers as well, in like, oh, I don’t know, like maybe a church some other ministry…what say you?
Then there’s the issue of asking pastors especially questions 1 and 3…and waiting for the real answers….
