Good News? Really?

The Gospel is good news,

not

good effort

— Our assignment from Christ Jesus, according to Matthew 28:18-20, is this —

Go out and train everyone you meet, far and near, in this way of life,

marking them by baptism in the threefold name: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Then instruct them in the practice of all I have commanded you.

— And with it came His promise: I’ll be with you as you do this, day after day after day, right up to the end of the age.”

Really?

Good news FR!

So…why are we so hesitant/resistant to sharing it and training and instructing others, like Christ Jesus says to do?

And…why are we often content with our own busy-ness, however well intentioned?
