Funeral Requirements
A colleague wrote this, and I share it without any identifying markers —
[A neighboring pastor] would not do the funeral of anyone who was not present in worship and tithing the Sunday before they died.
[Another colleague] knew that the family needed the closure of the funeral regardless of who performed it, and did so whenever asked.
