Depression
From an old pocket notebook —-
Depression is called a silent killer for a reason.
It’s ignoring calls and texts from family and friends.
It’s feeling lonely but not wanting company.
It’s sleeping through the day in a dark room.
It’s more than words.
It’s worse than words.
If you’re still here today, I want you to know you are loved and that help really is available.
I know.
—- Amen.
Times 8.
