Gratitude
- Recognize the blessings in your life
- Write down two things you’re grateful for
- Be thankful for what you have
Humility
- Think of others more and yourself a little less
- Be humble and not compare your life to others
Contentment
- Be happy for others and not want what they have
- Be at peace with where you are
- Slow down and enjoy what you have
