Your Life as A Christian Should
“Your life as a Christian should make non-believers question their disbelief in God.”
The first handful of words in that stunning line from Dietrich Bonhoeffer brings up what in you?
A handy checklist of things to Do and Don’t Do?
Ray Hildebrand was a singer-songwriter-speaker-preacher-character who initially crossed my path in Colorado. I was there at the Fellowship of Christian Athletes National Conference as a high school student.
Introducing a song, he told that the best Christian he ever knew was his dog Ralph.
According to Ray, Ralph didn’t smoke.
Ralph didn’t drink alcohol.
Ralph didn’t swear.
Ralph didn’t chew tobacco.
“And Ralph didn’t run around with girls who do.”
Clearly, there’s more to being a Christian, right?
Let’s, uh, chew on that and I’ll see you back here tomorrow.
😂 loving the quotes from Bonhoeffer- Michael’s fave!

He and I are pretty much the same age, aren’t we? And usually it shows.
