Thank you Countryside Christian Church of Winchester, Indiana, for inviting me to preach a word of hope today. Thank you for hosting a big and diverse community education session at the community center to share support and resources for youth mental health.

Who encourages the encourager? Who leads the leader? Where, how, and when do the helpers get help? Where can you go and just be yourself with no expectations or demands from others?

He went to his safe place, alone with God to pray.
