MICHAELANGELO said, “If people knew how hard I had to work to gain my mastery, it would not seem so wonderful at all.” EINSTEIN said “Genius is 1% talent and 99% percent hard work.”

Michelangelo believed that his extraordinary accomplishments were NOT because of genius, but rather a result of his relentless dedication and hard work. And Einstein shared that sentiment.

Let no one fool you, we are all geniuses in one way or another. To stand out we need to nurture those skills with a commitment, focus and determination above everyone else. That’s how you stand out in this world.
