“Enjoy every moment” was my mom’s advice, even when she was 105. Pretty solid stuff there for all of us, especially Newly Retired Pastors. And Newly Appointed Pastors.

And all the rest of us, clergy and laity as well.

Personally, this is Day One of my Seventh Year being officially retired.
