Lost Another Friend
Time can go by quickly.
Too quickly.
We lose touch with people.
Then we lose track of them.
Something reminds us it’s their birthday.
And we wonder if they’re still on this side of eternity.
Christ Jesus tells us to Love one another. (John 13:34)
Are we?
Not just in big, splashy, picture-worthy ways, but are we doing the little things that often mean more than we can imagine?
Today’s a good day to do that, before they go on ahead of the rest of us.
And we’ve lost another opportunity with another friend.
