A Different Kind of Gift List

God is the giver of every good and perfect gift, says 2 Corinthians 9:8.

At the top of that gift list is Christ Jesus, according to John 3:16, and the salvation offered in and through Him.

All of that and so much more are ours because of God’s grace.

This week, let’s pay attention.

Let’s notice examples of grace today and tomorrow and all of this week.

Let’s use that word several times a day this week.

Let’s start seeing God’s grace all around us, in the everyday and even in the mundane.

Let’s keep an actual list of some of those blessings and miracles.

Let’s aim for no less than 3 but no more than 5 every day.

If you’re like the rest of us, an old song will start resonate again: “and it will surprise you what the Lord has done.”
