Favorite Meals and The People Behind Them

“What has to happen for your favorite meal to reach you? Take a moment to be thankful for the countless people who prepare each ingredient to make the food that you love.”

— Backstory: Patty cooks very well.  Our son, LJ4, is learning…especially during this pandemic era, when his primary agency offers cooking classes via Zoom. Meanwhile, I do well to set the table and clean up after…and I’ve lived on tips and consequently think that 20% is a good guideline.

So to answer Rachel’s question of “What has to happen for your favorite meal to reach you?” reminds me that there are a TON of people working often unseen and unnoticed and usually unappreciated to make it happen.
