Oops, Wrong Word
An old hymn says In every high and stormy gale, my anchor holds within the veil.
A newer version adds Cornerstone, Weak made strong; in the Saviour’s love Through the storm, He is Lord Lord of all.
Both versions are good.
But there are plenty of self-identifying Christians who might more honestly sing In every high and stormy gale, my anger holds within the veil.
Oops.
Sometimes we all cling to our anger rather than our anchor.
Take time regularly for some self-inventory about this.
