We Are Now Changed and Changing
Dear friends,
now we are children of God,
and what we will be
has not yet been made known.
— 1st John 3:2
As I mentioned here recently, butterflies are wonderful symbols for us.
By the grace of God and the resurrection of Christ Jesus, we are already in the midst of change…transition…metamorphosis.
But too many of us are stuck somewhere in that holy process.
We’ve forgotten what St. Paul advised us:
Be transformed
by the renewing of your mind.
— Romans 12:2
Don’t be a cocooned caterpillar when God’s calling you to be a bountiful butterfly!
