Christians and The Arts
There are “many people in the arts who are very faithful Christians,” says Bradley Garvin in the Fall 2017 issue of Olivet Magazine. He’s a bass-baritone with The Metropolitan Opera at Lincoln Center in New York City.
He continues, “When I think about that, it’s logical. Christians understand the beauty of God, and Christian artists can express that beauty daily.”
Bringing it back home to where you and I live and worship, he concludes, “Churches are strong places where people still have ways to express their talents through worship.”
Aren’t you glad to be part of a local church where that’s true? I sure am.
