All Christians are Ministers, part 6 of 6.
[PLEASE: If you’re just now joining us with Part 6,
do yourself a favor and scroll down
to the first 5 and answer those questions.
You’ll be glad you did.]
To conclude this series, some questions of my own for you:
1. What have you remembered or learned about yourself?
2. What new appreciation of your own interests and your gifts do you have?
3. How is God already working in and through you, as the people of the congregation I serve say, to “make a difference?”
4. Looking ahead, how might God use you even more, or better?
5. How might you position yourself to be an even more effective Christian minister?
Again, writing out your answers is a helpful discipline.
“All Christians are ministers by virtue of their baptism,” says the first sentence of that book I’ve been referencing in these six intermittent blogs.
That’s still true.
You really are a Christian minister.
You.
Really.
Are.
It’s an honor being in ministry with you!
