Even When I Was with You
“I missed you even when I was with you,” says a character on TWD in S4.
Have you ever been in a relationship like that?
So have I.
But maybe the question should be, have we ever been like that in a relationship?
“I missed you even when I was with you.” Such hollowness, such hiding, such a one way relationship.
Like I regularly tell a good friend, “You deserve better.”
“I am with you always,” says Matthew 28:20.
Jesus said that. With us. Always.
