Hearing those as serious questions, I’m happy to spend this week letting you in on some of what’s been shaping me recently —
My goal is to
educate,
encourage, and
empower you.
— That’s from Chris Hogan. He was our primary leader at the intensive Coaching Seminar a while back at Financial Peace Plaza in Nashville. Loved every minute of it.
When this quote came my way again last week, it resonated.
I could do a lot worse as a pastor than to “educate, encourage and empower” someone; by the grace of God, may something I do today fit one of those three E-words: “educate, encourage and empower.”
