Everywhere and Everywhen
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases,
God’s mercies never come to an end.
— Lamentations 3:22
Far, far away or deep beneath our surface, The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, God’s mercies never come to an end.
Yesterday I invited you enjoy part of a film by Ray and Charles Eames. Maybe you watched all 9 minutes of it. If not, here’s a link —

God’s love zooms beneath our surface to tiniest details of us and our lives.
Jesus says, Every strand of hair on your head is important to God (Luke 12:7). Using the imagery of the Eames’ brilliant film, the tiniest part of who we are, even the tiniest beyond the tiniest part we can understand, is important to God.
Because we are important to God, this God whose steadfast love…never ceases and whose mercies never come to an end.
No matter where go, how far away or how deep beneath what’s easily seen and understood, Psalm 139:8 says God’s already there.
Far, far away or deep beneath our surface, The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, God’s mercies never come to an end.
Everywhere and everywhen.
AMEN!
