In the Place Where You Live
Still writing “2014” rather than “2015” on stuff? You’re not the only one….
Tucked in the center of Galatians 5:1 is a key directive for you and me: It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.
We sing in an old hymn, “On Christ the solid rock I stand; all other ground is sinking sand.”
Somebody say Amen.
And let’s all Stand firm today.
Right where we are. Like an old R.E.M. song taught us, “Stand in the place where you live.”
Stand firm.
