Sharing More Than a Soda

I’ve always been impressed with Coca Cola’s ad campaigns, and their current one is no exception.

The sides of the cans now say, “Share a Diet Coke with [NAME].”

There’s even a picture online of a great little Nativity scene made with four of these cans: “Maria,” “Jose,” “Angel” and of course “Jesus.”

Yesterday I saw a soda can that said “Share a Diet Coke with a Friend.”  That one caught me off guard.  Of course we share good stuff with our friends.  Even a Diet Coke.

Traditional evangelists preached about “sharing Christ.”

When’s the last time we shared something more significant than a soda with a friend?
