Too Tight, Too Loose, or Just Right?
Tuning a guitar the way I mentioned yesterday takes listening and a gentle touch.
Twist a tuning peg too far in one direction and the string gets all floppy and non-musical.
Twist it the other way and the string gets too tight and will snap.
People in groups are like that, too.
