Even when I walk through a valley filled with shadows of death,
I don’t need to be afraid because You are with me.

Valleys and life-threatening shadows are inevitably ahead of us.
Equally certain is God’s presence.
Sometimes in forms we might not expect or recognize.
You may well have been exactly that for someone already.
Or maybe you will be today.
Look around, and see who has one of those shadows falling over them.
Reach out and remind that person that they are not alone.
