Ever Argued Beliefs?
Yours truly wrote this in a recent online conversation with a friend about the vast majority of theological differences —-
After my time in five wildly different seminaries with five diverse denominational ties, it sure seems to me that we’re all on the same team just playing different positions.
Or like we’re all in the same symphony orchestra playing different parts of the same piece of music, and when done correctly the harmony is breathtaking.
—- I share that with you here simply in the interest of authentic transparency.
Well, that, plus the fact that I had a fabulous real life conversation with someone from a totally different Christian tradition yesterday.
And doesn’t it seem to you, too, that we have so much more in common than we have differences?
After all, there’s a reason Scripture speaks of “One Lord, one faith, one baptism.” (Ephesians 4:5)
