As we conclude our time with Dawn Trautman pointing us to the land of —

under-committing,

over-planning,

and taking better care of yourself

— no doubt some were already offended.

This last one will send some over the edge: “taking better care of yourself.”

Please hear me: this is not a call to sybaritic self-indulgence.

I highlight Dawn’s wise inclusion of “taking better care of yourself” because so many of us are horrible at it.
