No Matter What

All my life long I’ll praise God,
    singing songs to my God as long as I live.

— Psalm 146:2

To paraphrase an old song:

“Good times, bad times, you know we all see our share.”

So where does God go when the bad times come, and are about all that seem to be there?

Or in the words of a song about a famous shipwreck,

“Does anyone know where the love of God goes,

When the waves turn the minutes to hours?”

Not a lot of easy answers to such things…but Psalm 146 has a lot to say about what we can choose to do, no matter what else happens.

Easy to say; often hard to do.
