God’s Desire
Psalm 34:19-22 “reminds us again of God’s desire to see God’s people set free, to liberate them from belittling situations, systems, spiritual forces and thoughts, to enable them to live meaningful and purposeful lives.”

Disciples so often get into trouble;
still, God is there every time.
He’s your bodyguard, shielding every bone;

The wicked commit slow suicide;
they waste their lives hating the good.
God pays for each slave’s freedom;
no one who runs to him loses out.
