BONUS BLOG: Pray for Those Who Find In-Person School Scary

Praying this morning for children and youth who are suffering from heightened anxiety as they return to in-person school, especially those who know the community inside a school building to be filled with kids who tease and taunt rather than encourage and build up, those who have found significant comfort in being home even when it’s still difficult to excel online.

May God tenderly hold these individuals and accompany them through this transition.

And may their parents and others closest to them be given the tools needed to patiently encourage and affirm.
