She presents a three-step plan to get there —

Gratitude

Humility

Contentment

—  Based on what she writes, my own “Thanksgiving Challenge” to you between now and Thanksgiving Day:

once a day, at a set time so it becomes a habit,

actually write down a list of

3 to 5

people/situations/things

for whom/which you are grateful.
