How a 15 Year Old Manages His Money
Michelle O’Neal posted this in a closed Ramsey financial group we both enjoy. It’s about her son, Kaden, and it’s with graciously expressed permission from the two of them that I share this with you here —
My sweet son is 15 years old. Today, he did a $40 yard work job. He has goals….save for a car, save for cool shoes.
“Mom, can you put $20 in my car account and $10 in my shoe account, please?”
I go to add the money to his account on line. I see a $4 deduction. He just texted his tithe to church.
We’ve never forced him to tithe because God loves a cheerful giver. So does Mom. 🙂
— As we navigate by the grace of God through this pandemic era and its attendant financial issues, let’s follow 15 year old Kaden’s example.
And be hilarious givers, as Scripture says.
And as Kaden is.
