From The Wall Street Journal’s current update of “CMO Today” —
“’Your most vocal and heaviest users may be the ones that prevent you from making the types of changes you need to reach a broader audience, whether that’s on the same product itself or on derivative products that better serve another audience.’ So says Eugene Wei, an early employee at Amazon, who went on to work at Hulu, Flipboard and Oculus, speaking on the Recode Media podcast.”
— Take some consolation here, church leaders and pastors: it’s not just in churches.
Or maybe that’s more problematic than comforting, since Mr. Wei seems to be saying it’s just how people are….
