When’s the Best Time to Pray? — part 1.

November 3, 2015

In the morning, Lord, you hear my voice;

in the morning I bring my requests before you

and wait expectantly.

— Psalm 5:3

When’s the best time to pray?

There’s good biblical evidence and encouragement for morning prayers, in both The Old and New Testaments. In addition to Psalm 5:3 cited at the top of my blog today, Jesus prayed in the morning:

Very early in the morning,

while it was still dark,

Jesus got up, left the house

and went off to a solitary place,

where he prayed.

— Mark 1:35

When’s the best time to pray? One answer in the morning.

See you back here tomorrow.
