As Long as It’s Called Today: Job Interview, part 2

October 28, 2014

“I’m a servant leader,” the Restaurant Manager had said. “Let me tell you what that means.”

The Manager and the Prospective Employee were in a noisy restaurant, along the banquette and its tables-for-two.  There was one such table between us, and they were having to talk loudly.

“I inspire, encourage, and elevate the people around me,” said the Manager.

Inspire.

Encourage.

Elevate.

Wouldn’t you like to be part of a church where those behaviors were the norm?  Maybe you’re the one to start exemplifying those habits.  Encourage one another daily, as long as it is called “Today,” says Hebrews 3:13.

Dream with me: “I inspire, encourage, and elevate the people around me,” said the Church and that’s us.
