This Is Better Than “I’ll Do It”
I was glad when they said to me,
“Let’s go to God’s house!”
—Psalm 122:1
“I’ll do it” is an okay thing to say, but there’s a better approach. So says a friend I’ve never met named Jim Rohn.
“I’ll do it” is a statement. The other is an invitation.
“I’ll do it” gets things done. The other gets things done as well as building relationships and opening up the future.
“Saying ‘Let’s do it together’ is better,” teaches Jim.
Psalm 122:1 is an example of “Let’s do it together.”
To whom will you say “Let’s go God’s house together” today?
